We decided to sell our home and called Gary Saini (Real Estate Agent/Sales Represent) for Homelife/ Superstars Real Estate Ltd. From the first day that we met with Gary, we were impressed. He presented with a presentation at our home telling us about his quality of service, his smart techniques and his success history. We hired him immediately. Gary then gave us a free property evaluation and informed us honestly about how much our property was worth and what the market was like. He gave us examples of homes similar to ours that have sold in our area and gave us a better understanding of how much we should list our home for. We listed our home and with Gary's hard work and dedication, we managed to sell our home within 5 days at almost asking price. His approach was excellent!! He was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. He offered us advice which helped to sell quickly. He arranged for a Virtual Tour of the property which was very impressive! For my second time listing my house it was difficult to trust and put my house in someone's hands, the first time I had listed it, it did not go very well making me reluctant on listing it again. My agent at the time was very unhelpful, hard to reach and did not show interest in the house or sale.
But my second time, I reached out to the familiar face who had SOLD under his name on the signs of the other houses for sale around my neighbourhood. This was Gary Saini. His ideas were brilliant and he is a great character who cares about his clients. He was also very easy to reach, and very responsive. With Gary I sold my house for $20,000 more than I had originally listed it before. In the future I will be referring my friends and family to him. Gary was my real estate agent, and now he is my friend.

My boyfriend and I just bought our first home with the help of our wonderful Real Estate Agent, Gary Saini. This being our first time going through the whole process of looking for home, we had a lot of questions and required time and patience to understand this process. Gary graciously afforded us those things. We knew exactly what we were looking for and he made sure we did not settle for anything less than what we wanted.
